Job description

Overview: The RiverPoint Landing Night Security Officer (NSO) is responsible for assuring that members, guests and visitors comply with company policies and procedures. Primary responsibilities include maintaining and securing property entry gates, fence lines and Marina grounds and docks. The NSO will perform Marina/RV property inspections on foot throughout his/her scheduled shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform digital patrols; protect RiverPoint Landing property from unlawful trespassers, theft, sabotage, fire and accidents.
  • Provide needed assistance to all patrons when requested.
  • Respond to emergencies, problems and disputes using prescribed protocols and engage outside assistance when needed.
  • Know location of all utility shut offs and exits in the event of an emergency.
  • Provide incident and daily end of shift information reports.
  • Keep assigned equipment in good working condition.
  • Perform other tasks as directed.
