We are currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in North Carolina to join our growing remote team. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
    • Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
    • Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
    • Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
    • Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy
    • Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction
    • Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
  • License: Required: Active North Carolina Bar license
    Preferred: Dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas
  • Trial Background: Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Skills: Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Work Style: Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments and functions
