Your Role: Provides entry level service and support to policyholders with a focus on first contact resolution. Personally and mutually accountable for handling requests through a single channel, such as phone. Primary function may include taking/making phone calls, manage policy information and protecting our customers by cross selling and binding applicable products, coverages, and services. Anticipates, and proactively addresses future questions and needs as well as addressing pain points. The role is an entry point for new employees to gain experience and move into Service Agent position. Associate must be actively working towards obtaining licensure.

Your Work:

  • As an upbeat self-starter collaborating with other agents, you will have an outstanding opportunity to build positive relationships while helping us achieve our goal by providing timely resolution through dedicated service every single day!

  • Provide dedicated support to our policyholders which includes, expounding on coverages, providing detailed policy reviews, providing insurance quotes for an existing insurance policy and processing underwriting transaction within standard authority levels.

  • Work directly with policyholders via phone, web and chat to ensure that each experience with us is simple, positive and personal.

Training Schedule

  • Our next start date is scheduled for 10/13/2026.

  • Training includes instructor-led virtual classroom and on-the-job training.

  • Training is 15 weeks.

  • Weeks 1-6, M-F, 7:00am-4:00pm PST, Weeks 7-15, 11:30am-8:00pm local time with at least one weekend day, off days TBD and communicated in training and can be subject to change on the business needs.

  • You must be at your home location and on camera.

Work Schedule

  • Our operational hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a need for flexibility to be scheduled a shift with an 8:00pm ending time (local time), however, you should be available to work 40 hours a week within operational hours. At the end of your training, you will be defaulted to 11:30am-8:00pm your local time, M-Sunday. You will have one weekend day off and one weekday off. Days off are typically not consecutive, we do not guarantee consecutive days off and most shifts include at least 1 weekend day. Schedules assigned can fluctuate with our business needs.

Compensation

  • Shift differential and bilingual differential are applied for those who qualify.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED or a combination of education and 1+ year directly relevant work experience.

  • Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting as required. If working in a remote setting, capability to meet our work from home requirement.

  • P&C or Personal Lines License; if not licensed at time of hire, must obtain license within 6 months of hire date. Company will provide study materials and cover cost of licensing exam.

The national average hourly rate for this position is $21.38-$23.75. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $21.38-$28.42.
