Why Concordia?
At Concordia College, your work contributes to something bigger. Every role plays a part in supporting our students, strengthening our campus community, and advancing our mission. Here, you'll join a collaborative community where your contributions are valued, and your work can make a meaningful difference.
About the Role:
The Post Office Manager is responsible for the secure and efficient operation of the campus post office, serving students and the business needs of the College. This position also supervises the Postal Clerk and supports Campus Information and broader campus operations as assigned.
Flexible FTE: This position offers the option to work between .75 and 1.0 FTE (approximately 30-40 hours per week) based on the selected candidate's preferred schedule.
What You'll Do:
  1. Manage daily campus post office operations, including the receipt, sorting, secure storage, tracking, and distribution of mail, packages, and other deliveries.
