We currently have an opening available for part-time Night Shift.
Medication Technician Job Summary
We have openings for a Medication Technician at Paradise Creek of Olympus Living. This position provides care and services such as medication administration, healthcare services, activities of daily living assistance and other duties as assigned, in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform according to location standards and procedures. This includes activities such as maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, transferring, repositioning and walking, monitoring self-administration of medications and may administer medications with proper training.
Medication Assistants will also assist with preparing and serving meals and snacks to residents following orders, standards and regulations. They will clean resident laundry, as well as resident rooms and bathrooms, work areas and other public areas.
Medication Technician Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Certified Nursing Aide License (Not a must, but a plus! We do encourage furthering education!)
  • Medication Technician Certification (Required) **Ask about our Medication Assistance reimbursement program!
  • CPR/First Aid (Required) **Reimbursable
  • 1+ years working with the elderly (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16 - $20 per hour, DOE
