Full-Time Night Shift LPN – Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation
Location: Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation, Cincinnati, OH

Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, Ohio is now hiring dedicated Full-Time Night Shift LPNs to provide exceptional overnight nursing care in a compassionate, team-focused environment. If you’re passionate about resident-centered care and want to be part of a supportive, reputable healthcare team, we’d love to have you join us on nights!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and wound care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

  • Supervise and support STNAs on the unit, ensuring that resident care, safety, and dignity standards are consistently met.

  • Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes accurately, and promptly report significant findings to the RN and/or provider.

  • Complete and maintain required documentation, charts, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Respond to resident needs and emergencies during the night, ensuring calm, professional, and compassionate care.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and goals.

  • Comply with all CCH Corporation policies, state/federal regulations, and infection control protocols.

  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the DON/Unit Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Current, valid LPN license in the State of Ohio.

  • Long-term care and/or rehabilitative nursing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

  • Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-focused approach.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.

  • Reliable and accountable, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple residents on a night shift.

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed throughout the shift.

  • Current CPR certification preferred.
