Receptionist - Weekends

Job Summary:

Midway Neurological & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and organized Receptionist to join our weekend team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all. Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Manage and respond to phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Handle patient registration, scheduling, and billing as needed

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare team members as needed

  • Participate in weekend coverage, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
