Reports To: Office Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly


Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
  • Schedule appointments and assist clients with inquiries
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements:
