Position: Stand Up Forklift Operator
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Schedule: 7:00 - 3:30
Off days will be Sun and Thurs
Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
Employment Type: Contract to Full-time hire

About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Night Shift Forklift Operator in East Houston who is energetic and reliable. This role works directly with the warehouse management and staff to assist with movement of materials throughout the warehouse. This position is responsible for the safe operation of a sit-down forklift (electric or propane) in addition to contributing to the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse itself.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and supervise production scheduling activities in the following ways:

  • Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the shipping dept.
  • Keeping data entry, bulk tags, and documentation for material up to date.
  • Efficiently and accurately pick orders based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including packing, labeling and organizing inventory.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet goals.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment handling materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist in inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order pulling

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience
  • Warehouse and Material Handler Experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 and AS400 a plus
