CCS Facility Servicesis seeking a Senior Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations in the Houston area.The Senior Night Area Manager will be responsible for:
  • Supervise and schedule field janitorial teams to ensure efficient operations

  • Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to cleaning staff

  • Conduct multiple nightly site visits in a company-provided vehicle to monitor quality and performance

  • Manage inventory and order necessary cleaning equipment and supplies

  • Track employee hours and payroll using company software and technology

  • Collaborate with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed to standards

  • Ensure adherence to facility and company safety and security protocols

  • Perform various administrative and operational duties as required

Qualifications:
