Position Purpose

The Night Crew Supervisor is responsible for supporting overnight store operations by leading the night crew team, ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is properly displayed, and store standards are maintained for the next business day. This position assists with workload execution, associate development, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities Night Operations
  • Supervise and coordinate nightly stocking and merchandising activities.
  • Ensure products are stocked, faced, and replenished according to company standards.
  • Monitor overnight workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist with unloading, sorting, and staging merchandise deliveries.
  • Ensure aisles, backrooms, and sales floor areas are organized and ready for store opening.
Team Leadership
  • Provide direction, training, and support to night crew associates.
  • Assign workloads and monitor completion of nightly tasks.
  • Coach associates on productivity, safety, stocking standards, and company procedures.

Inventory and Merchandising
