We are seeking a(an) Medical Lab Scientist for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Our Medical Lab Scientist performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory. The commitment to service, safety and professionalism is critical to achieving the best experience for our patients. What You Will Do In This Role 

• You will perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
• You will maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control. 
• You will maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment.
• You will assist with laboratory training programs as required.

What qualifications you will need

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Certified Medical Lab, or Certified Lab Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Lab Scientist, or American Medical Technologist is required
• At least one year experience in a hematology laboratory at a hospital setting is preferred.
