  • Flexible Scheduling for Local Professionals: If you're an RN within 50 miles of West Burlington, Iowa, the Right Choice IRP offers you the freedom to choose your schedule. Select when you're available to work, balancing your professional life with personal commitments. This is ideal for those seeking intermittent work without the constraints of a fixed schedule.
  • Travel Assignments for Distant Applicants: For RNs living beyond the 50-mile radius from West Burlington, Iowa, the Right Choice IRP presents exciting travel assignments across Great River Health facilities. This is a perfect opportunity for those looking to explore new environments within the same health system with assignments available at our Great River Health hospitals and long term care facilities.

For those RNs who live within 50 miles from 1221 S. Gear Ave, West Burlington, IA 52655

Commitment 1: Float to all 3 Great River Health hospital locations- Minimum of 24 hours in a 6-week scheduling period ($50/hour) **An additional $5/hr is available if you work a long-term assignment of 6 or more weeks in duration**

We ask that you select one Summer and one Winter hard to fill shift as part of your commitment. You can select the hard to fill day and shift time that suits your availability, and you can adjust this as you see fit annually.

For those RNs who live more than 50 miles from 1221 S. Gear Ave, West Burlington, IA 52655

Commitment 2: Take assignments to any of the 3 Great River Healthhospital locations - One assignment every 4 months ($45/ hour + $900/week stipend) **In order to receive stipend, you must work 30+ hours a week**

Commitment 3: Take assignments to any of the 3 Great River Healthhospital locations - One assignment every 4 months ($70/hour)

Eligible shift differentials:

o Evening differential: $2/hour (14:30 - 22:59)

o Night differential: $2.50/hour (22:30 - 08:30)

o Weekend differential (Friday @ 23:00 - Sunday @ 23:00): - $1/hour

o Holiday Differential: 1.5x base rate of pay

o Long Term Assignment: $5/hour (assignments 6 weeks or longer) *The LTA differential only applies to employees under Commitment Level 1*

Qualifications:

REQUIRED

  • RN experience within the last 2 years preferred in current area of specialty
  • Must be willing to work at all three location hospitals
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa
  • BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration
