As a Closer: Crew Member your responsibilities include, but are not limited to ensuring all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly within stated time goals, maintaining a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area, Operating cash registers according to cash operations policies and procedures, Taking orders from customers, personally and via intercom system, and providing quality service for our customers. Closer's are trained specifically in closing procedures and closing the store efficiently at the end of the night.
