Hourly Compensation: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour USD DOE

This position requires the employee to have access to reliable transportation.

Position Details: This direct hire role is full time and performs office services support work. Hours will range within M-F 7:00AM- 6:00PM. No nights, no weekends. The work location is downtown Minneapolis, directly off Nicollet Mall. Business appropriate dress standards are required.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Prep files for scanning (removing paper clips, staples, creating slip sheets, etc.)
• Make sure scanning configuration settings are correct; Scan files according to established procedure
• Quality check all scan jobs (comparison of physical file to electronic scan)
• Ability to work in the Firm's document management system to save scans
• Manage disposition of paper file back to the Records Center
• Sorting and delivery of files; Boxing files
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• Participate in cross-training
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
• Access to reliable transportation
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
