Position: Nickel Plating Operator
Location: Arlington, TX 76011
Employment Type: Temp / Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Overtime and Saturdays as needed
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Position Summary:
Regal Staffing Services is hiring a Nickel Plating Operator for a manufacturing company specializing in surface enhancement for metals and other materials. This role involves applying protective coatings to large metal parts in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply nickel plating and other coatings to metal parts (including carbon steel)
  • Follow specific plating processes based on product requirements
  • Operate an overhead crane to move large parts safely
  • Rack and prepare finished products for the next stage
  • Monitor coating quality and ensure proper coverage
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work Environment:
  • Warm, steamy department due to plating processes
  • Industrial manufacturing setting
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing or plating experience preferred
  • Overhead crane experience is a plus
