Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Urbandale, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care, maintaining regulatory excellence, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational success.
Position Overview
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of facility operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting outstanding clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility
โ€ข Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
โ€ข Maintain survey readiness and lead successful state and federal inspections
โ€ข Manage budgeting, financial planning, and operational performance initiatives
โ€ข Support and develop department leaders to achieve facility goals

โ€ข Collaborate with physicians, consultants, and healthcare partners to support clinical programs and outcomes

Qualifications
