Job description

Summary/Objective
This role will support the NFL's departmental leads (three Senior Vice Presidents) with a focus on daily administrative and core operational support across these core functions of the League, in order to drive efficiency and optimize the productivity of these teams and leaders.
General Administrative Support:
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls
  • Manager calendars across different time zones
  • Create and distribute agendas
  • Answer and route telephone calls and incoming mail
  • Arrange and manage travel schedules and travel expenses
  • Track and process P-Card transactions and expenses
  • Prepare meeting materials and presentations
  • Create templates for letters and memos
  • Track and maintain department inventory and materials

Operations Support:
  • Processing of invoices, setting up new vendors and other financial system operations on behalf of the department
  • Creating templated agreements and routing contracts through Docusign and other systems
  • Processing staffing and credential needs for events and meetings
  • Write and issue correspondence to key partners, NFL clubs, vendors, and fans.

Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting one or more senior leaders, executives, or C-suite stakeholders in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Must have exceptional prioritizing, organizational, communication, initiative, judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree from a Four-Year College or University.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Experience within sports, media, entertainment, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment.

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range.
