Role summary :
  • Reporting to the Director of Sports Marketing & Innovation, you will manage enterprise marketing and technology campaigns with top sports
  • organizations (such as the NFL and MLB) to boost brand visibility, increase fan engagement, and amplify Client's presence across all sports
  • platforms. Leveraging your expertise in integrated marketing, you'll coordinate impactful campaigns across web, social, media, brand, PR,
  • partners, advertising, and live events-highlighting how Client's AI technology transforms next-generation fan experiences

Preferred:
  • Experience working with sports organizations, creativity and technical prowess to emphasize the power of AI in customer experiences, and a deep passion for sports.

Travel Expectation:
  • 10%-15% annually, with peak activity during key tentpole events, regular sports league HQ meetings, client Summit, and internal field alignment.

Focus areas
  • Manage and execute comprehensive enterprise sports marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, drive fan engagement, and
  • maximize Client impact across all sports-related platforms and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Global Sports Marketing team on end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns-spanning
  • content, web, social, media, advertising and flagship events.
  • Manage Client Enterprise campaign planning cycles, from annual partnership calendars to real-time activations around major flagship
  • sporting events (Super Bowl, World Series, etc.).
  • Align cross-region and global stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and cultural relevance in every market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on developing immersive activations that help bring the value of Client Enterprise technology to life across our sports partnerships.

Required Skills
  • Possess a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt strategies as priorities shift.
  • Display a measured, mature, organized, and polished approach to stakeholder communication and collaboration.
  • Comfortable in managing budgets within Excel
  • Ability to leverage proven methodologies and draw on effective practices from previous experience, such as work at Client or a similar environment.
  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Slack, Workfront, AI tools.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise marketing.
  • Proven track record developing integrated marketing campaigns with sports organizations required.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams, ability to lead & influence without direct authority.
  • Strong experience working with sports organizations, creativity and technical prowess to emphasize the power of AI in customer experiences required.
