Resumen
NFI Transportation Management (TM) busca un Gerente de Resultados del Cliente, estratégico y orientado a resultados, para fungir como el principal punto de contacto estratégico para nuestros valiosos clientes. Este rol es fundamental para generar valor a largo plazo, gestionar las relaciones ejecutivas y potenciar el impacto escalable de nuestros programas para clientes.
Responsabilidades
El Gerente de Relación con el Cliente se centra en la salud estratégica y la expansión de la cuenta:
Gestión de Relaciones Estratégicas:
  • Actuar como punto de contacto estratégico, forjando alianzas sólidas con todas las partes interesadas (stakeholders) de NFI y del cliente.
  • Integrar a todos los nuevos clientes en nuestros procesos de gestión de relaciones.

Informes y Revisiones Ejecutivas:
  • Liderar el desarrollo y la ejecución de un proceso estandarizado de Revisiones Comerciales Trimestrales (QBR) y Resúmenes Ejecutivos; asimismo, preparar resúmenes ejecutivos exhaustivos para la dirección del cliente.

Mejora Continua (CI):
  • Colaborar con los equipos de TM para establecer documentos de concepto de operación y KPI uniformes y completos, alineados con el contrato establecido con el cliente.
  • Trabajar con el Equipo de Innovación de TM para identificar tecnologías potenciales que permitan generar un mayor impacto en el valor para el cliente u oportunidades de crecimiento de ingresos para NFI.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de TM, el área de Gestión de Transportistas y los propios transportistas/proveedores para asegurar que todas las partes interesadas cumplan con los KPI esperados.
  • Ser responsable de gestionar e implementar el Programa de Mejora Continua (CI) de TM en NFI, lo cual incluye el seguimiento de las ideas generadas, sus responsables y plazos, su estado de implementación (realizada o no) y el retorno de la inversión global, neto de los costos de NFI.

Liderazgo en Conocimiento:
  • Identificar e implementar las mejores prácticas del sector en todos los equipos para mejorar la calidad general de la prestación de servicios al cliente y su consistencia.
  • Ofrecer liderazgo de opinión y conocimiento especializado del sector a todos los clientes.

Calificaciones
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en la industria del transporte, con una perspicacia demostrada en el sector.

Nos complace compartir que el rango de salario base para este puesto es $$119,516.28-159,355.04, según el promedio nacional para el puesto. Este puesto también es elegible para una bonificación discrecional anual, cuyo objetivo es el 8%. NFI toma en consideración las calificaciones, la experiencia, la educación y la ubicación geográfica de los solicitantes al determinar una tasa de pago inicial.
