Meritage Homes is currently seeking "Top Producers" that are ready to take their career to the next level by:

  • Promoting Meritage Homes to prospective buyers and meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals

  • Guiding homebuyers throughout the entire sales process, including contract and mortgage

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Meritage Homes Buyers

  • Generating traffic through relationships with the Realtor community, participating in community events and meetings, and other networking venues

  • Proposing business plans for success and determining best marketing practices for community demographics
Qualifications
  • ACTIVE State RE License required (if applicable, state specific)
  • Will consider someone willing to get their real estate license
  • Bilingual candidate that speaks Spanish and English languages
  • "Onsite" new home sales experience required
  • College degree or some college hours preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer proficient with ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Ability to engage, promote, educate and persuade

  • Ability to analyze and propose solutions to complex problems

  • Numerical aptitude with basic understanding of financial principles

  • High level of enthusiasm and excitement

  • Professional appearance and presentation

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and most holidays
