**Join Our Dynamic Cath Lab Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Nashville, TN - **Unit Name:** Cath Lab - **Cost Center:** 746/76200 - **Schedule:** 4 x 10 hr shifts - 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with Call **Unit Specifics:** - **Number of Beds:** 11 procedure rooms (5 cath, 4 EP, 2 hybrid OR) - **Patient Ratios:** 1 patient to 3 staff - **Staffing Available:** Cath/EP Techs, Cath/EP RNs - **Equipment Used:** GE and Philips x-ray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR, Merge Hemo - **Documentation System:** Merge Hemo and Meditech - **Floating Policy:** Only float to prep and recovery - **Patient Experience Requirements:** 2 years minimum **Hospital Specifics:** - **Certifications Required for Techs:** RCIS, RCES, or RT(R), ACLS, BLS - **Certifications Required for RNs:** RN license, ACLS, BLS **Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Techs: Scrub and monitor cath lab and/or EP procedures - RNs: Monitor and circulate cath lab and/or EP procedures - **Advanced Skills Needed:** - BLS and ACLS - Cath Lab and/or EP Lab experience **Procedures Performed on Unit:** - **Cath Lab:** - Diagnostic - PCI - Rotoblator - Laser atherectomies - ECMO - TAVR - MitrClips - Watchman - IVUS - FFR - Complex PCI - CTO - Shockwave - Penumbra - **EP Lab:** - EP studies - Pacemakers - ICD - Ablations (no cryo ablations) - Micra pacemakers - Loop recorders - Lead extractions, including laser lead extractions **Dress Code:** Scrubs **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** Please attach unit-specific policies and guidelines. **Awards/Recognition:** - One of the top Cardiac programs in Tennessee - Growing program offering all cardiac modalities except transplant - HCA voted Most Ethical Corporation by Ethisphere **Additional Information to Entice Candidates:** - Access to new equipment and technology - Tenure and experience of staff - Flexible schedule options **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
