ETC is seeking an experienced and people-focused Production & Inventory Control Manager to lead our planning and inventory functions while developing a high-performing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

This leader will oversee Production & Inventory Control Managers, Master Scheduling, and New Product Introduction (NPI) Planning, while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

What You'll Do:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for production planning, inventory control, master scheduling, and NPI planning.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive inventory reduction, planning optimization, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage the master production schedule to support customer demand and operational goals.
• Coordinate production planning processes including MPS, MRP, and capacity planning.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, data integrity, and effective ERP system utilization.
• Support successful new product introductions through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze planning and production variances and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with manufacturing leaders to improve labor utilization, efficiency, and throughput.
• Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring, and employee development.
• Lead departmental initiatives that improve operational performance, customer responsiveness, and business results.

What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent manufacturing experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within Production Planning, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, scheduling, and manufacturing operations.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP systems.
• Experience with MRP, MPS, capacity planning, and inventory management processes.
• NAPM / ASCM certification (or working towards it).
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Experience leading inventory reduction and operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering, purchasing, and shop floor control processes.
