What does a new home sales consultant do?

A new home sales consultant promotes the sale of newly built homes or available properties to prospective clients. In this career, your responsibilities include showcasing floor plans and development lots, leading tours of model homes and explaining their features, contacting clients through referrals or networking events, and making sure the property is presentable for showings. Since you serve as the first point of contact for a client, it is your duty to represent your company with professionalism, friendliness, and positivity.
