McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a New Home Sales Consultants to join our sales team. McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. With an expected 800 closings in 2026, McBride is proud to be recognized as the 33rd largest privately owned builder in the United States and the 69th largest overall according to Builder Magazine.

Our Sales Consultants work in beautiful Display Homes located in one of our 40+ communities within the Greater St. Louis Area. Our performance-based culture is one of empowerment, accountability, and support to ensure everyone succeeds!

New Sales Consultants receive approximately 2 months of paid training, working with other successful team members, learning all about McBride's operations and our detailed sales processes and procedures.

This will ensure you are knowledgeable and confident before being placed in your own community. After training, Sales Consultants are paid a commission of 1.5% on the base sales price of each home sold. For example, a $300,000 sale pays $4,500 in commission.

McBride offers home buyers an experience they will not find with any other builder, including our award-winning Design Studio where they will work with one of our talented Design Consultants to select finishes

that will transform their house into their dream home!

Requirements:

  • Sales consultants will only work 1 weekend day per week and 1 late evening every week on a rotating schedule (rotates Saturday or Sunday off). With the block schedule, sales consultants will have a 3-day weekend every other week (Sun, Mon, Tues).
  • Experience selling and promoting your company's brand, selling value, not price, in a complex conceptual environment.
  • Experience using a consultative sales approach.
  • High-energy sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to sales success.
  • Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to professionalism, including appearance and demeanor.
  • Must be technology savvy.
  • Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record required.

A Real Estate license is not required.
