Job description

Job Description
Job Description

Your first year as a therapist is the year you get to start applying everything you have learned and building the clinician you want to be. It is also the year the work becomes real, real kids, real families, real progress that you had a hand in. Finding the right place to do it really matters!

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new grad experience around what we know matters most: engaged support, meaningful mentorship, and a team that is invested in growing together.

What Your Day Looks Like Here

This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one you'll be surrounded by a team of PTs and PTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your onboarding.

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two weekly patient evaluation to gain hands on assessment experience and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

What you'll get at Woven Care

A mentor and team that's here for YOU: Your team is on site or readily available, meeting with you regularly in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. From caseload questions to caregiver communication or documentation challenges, your support is by your side. Plus, with our multidisciplinary model, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA to learn from other perspectives and grow your network. You'll never feel alone at Woven Care!

Learning opportunities right from the start: We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that's why we've built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:

  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Compensation: New grads receive a salary compensation range of $80,000-82,000/year. Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.

Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000. Whether you're moving from another area or just need some extra funds to start building up your materials, we want to help!

Benefits options: Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO, and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!

What You'll Need
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain
  • New grads welcome!

At Woven Care, we work hard, care deeply, and we have a lot of fun doing it! We're building something we're proud of, and we want the people who start their careers here to be proud of it too!

At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!
