New Dimensions Mental Health is seeking a full-time, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional mental health care to our clients. This role entails working remotely, allowing flexibility in managing both personal and professional commitments while delivering quality care. Our virtual outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate seamless communication with clients and interdisciplinary teams. Regular check-ins and support from colleagues foster a collaborative and engaging work culture that prioritizes job satisfaction and mental well-being for both staff and clients. While the standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet client needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs and treatment goals of clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their individual circumstances.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address specific client objectives, incorporating therapy techniques that suit individual styles and preferences.
• Provide high-quality counseling services, including individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, while utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to design comprehensive treatment plans and ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain confidential and detailed client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethical practice.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities, enhancing skills and knowledge in mental health care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Dimensions Mental Health, you will work with individuals from various backgrounds, including those coping with trauma, addiction issues, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Your role is pivotal in delivering tailored counseling that resonates with clients, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.
• A proven track record of providing therapy in individual and group settings, with demonstrable success in applying evidence-based counseling techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations and understand their unique experiences.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to articulate client progress and treatment adjustments effectively.
• Commitment to ethical standards and practices, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health counseling role with direct client interaction.
• Experience in handling cases related to trauma, addiction, or mood disorders is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services effectively.
