Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Maryville, Tennessee.
This role supports a neuroscience med/surg unit focused on stroke and high-acuity patients, including telemetry monitoring and complex medical conditions.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This assignment is ideal for nurses with strong MS/Tele experience who are confident managing stroke patients, telemetry monitoring, and high-acuity med/surg populations.
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

COMPENSATION
Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Provide care for stroke and high-acuity med/surg patients
โ€ข Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms
โ€ข Manage respiratory support including BiPAP, CPAP, and HFNC
โ€ข Administer medications including cardiac drips (non-titrated)
โ€ข Perform neuro assessments and monitor changes in condition
โ€ข Support dialysis, respiratory failure, and complex medical cases
โ€ข Document all care in Epic EMR system
WORK ENVIRONMENT
โ€ข Acute care hospital setting
โ€ข Neuroscience med/surg unit
โ€ข Adult and geriatric patient population
โ€ข Medication system: Omnicell

Requirements:
