Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Texas)
Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099 Contractor)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a licensed therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) licensed in Texas to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy to adults, teens, or young adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of telehealth, the autonomy to set your own schedule, and the support of a mission-driven organization focused on your clinical success.
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR.
  • Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Texas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Skilled in treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
  • Committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
