Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCPC, LCSW) to support individuals with autism, ADHD, and related neurodivergent conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tailored therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices specifically designed for neurodivergent individuals.
  • Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
  • Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients, families, and the broader community.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development specific to neurodiversity and related therapeutic methods.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
    • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience working with neurodivergent populations
    • Expertise in a range of therapeutic modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, social skills training, and executive functioning coaching)
    • Leadership, mentorship, and program development experience.
    • Passionate about neurodivergent mental health and committed to Tides' mission and core values.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

      Work Location: In person at our Chicago office with flexibility to work remotely.

      Compensation: Per session and increases based on experience, network, etc.
