We're seeking a detail-oriented Lease Contracts Specialist to support TEN's commercial leasing operations through the preparation, review, administration, and lifecycle management of lease contracts and related commercial agreements.

What You'll Do
  • Review, process, and manage lease contract packages
  • Create amendments, addendums, assignments, and other contract documents
  • Interpret contract terms and support Sales with contract preparation
  • Maintain lease database and ensure contract compliance
  • Track and report revenue and commission data
  • Perform data entry to ensure billing accuracy across accounts
  • Conduct quarterly lease audits
  • Support contract maintenance, fleet updates, and billing setup
  • Communicate contract status updates to internal teams
  • Serve as a point of contact for contract-related questions
  • Prepare exception billing invoices as needed
