Total Rewards
As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:
Compensation
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $100-130k.
  • Production is not factored into this salary range.
  • Salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week.
