Gulf Shield Roofing is hiring a seasoned Sales Representative to support growth in the Pinellas County market.


This is a high-demand territory with company-provided lead opportunities, strong backend support, and serious income potential. The role is best suited for someone who is already active in roofing sales and can operate independently in a commission-only 1099 structure.


You will be running company-provided leads, closing roofing projects, managing customer follow-up, and generating additional business through networking and referrals. Gulf Shield provides support through production, CRM, operations, owner involvement, and proven systems already in place.


What You’ll Do

  • Run company-provided leads and close roofing projects
  • Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
  • Handle roof inspections, estimates, and customer follow-up
  • Work with both repair and full replacement opportunities
  • Support customers through the roofing sales process
  • Communicate clearly with production, operations, and internal support teams
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the company CRM
  • Represent Gulf Shield Roofing professionally in the field
  • Help stabilize and grow the Pinellas County territory


What We’re Looking For

  • Current roofing sales experience required
  • Experience with retail roofing sales, insurance roofing sales, or both
  • Understanding of roof inspections, estimates, claims, and the roofing sales cycle
  • Ability to work independently in a 1099 commission-only role
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and professional
  • Comfortable working approximately 40 to 60 hours per week
