Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Engineer to manage and support a large-scale, global mixed-media network environment that supports mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, administer, and manage day-to-day network operations in a high-availability environment.
  • Monitor network performance, connectivity, system events, and alerts to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Analyze alarm data, identify issues, and initiate corrective actions to restore services promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, minimizing impact on business applications.
  • Manage and update incident tickets through resolution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Perform network testing, analysis, and corrective actions to ensure service continuity.
  • Provide timely communication and escalation to management and outage response teams.
  • Collaborate with Command Centers to assess network availability and support critical incidents.
  • Implement and manage network changes following standard procedures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure network stability and reliability.
  • Create, maintain, and update NOC documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Experience in handling incidents in a NOC environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and escalation processes
