iMBranded is one of the nationโ€™s leading providers of facility imaging programs. We are a full-service manufacturer of fixtures, furniture and graphic products specializing in the retail automotive segment with OEMs and the dealer network.

The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, automation, and reporting capabilities of the companyโ€™s business systems. This role will focus on building internal tools, improving reporting visibility, and assisting in optimizing business processes using Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Salesforce. The Systems Engineer will work closely with the IT Manager and Senior Systems Engineer to execute initiatives, support existing systems, and gradually take ownership of small projects. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in learning and applying new technologies to improve business operations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to)

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal tools using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards primarily using Power BI and Salesforce
  • Support the administration and optimization of Salesforce CRM and our ERP, including basic configuration, data management, and automation workflows
  • Collaborate with the Senior Systems Engineer and IT Manager to identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Support data collection, validation, and structuring efforts to improve reporting accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in integrating data across systems such as ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and other Microsoft-based tools
  • Maintain documentation for developed tools, workflows, and reporting solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internal applications, automations, and reporting tools
  • Participate in ongoing improvement of internal systems and contribute ideas for process optimization
  • Support testing and deployment of new tools and enhancements
  • Coordinate and work on multiple cross-functional initiatives and projects of low to moderate complexity

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (including, but not limited to)

  • Requires an Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field experience equivalent
  • 1โ€“3 years of relevant experience in systems, reporting, or business applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to complete job tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Salesforce administration (objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or data modeling concepts
  • Experience working with APIs or system integrations
  • Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, reporting)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Interest in automation, process improvement, and scalable system design

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Exposure to the sounds of a variety of shop machinery (saws, etc.)
  • Exposure to building materials and saw dust created in millwork production including chemicals and fumes
