Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Provide day-to-day operational support for country-level IT systems and services with a strong focus on Network management in a Cisco CLI environment* Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents to ensure stable and reliable IT operations* Configure and coordinate the installation or replacement of network infrastructure components at our remote locations. Occasional travel within the DFW area is required.* Participate in IT and business-initiated projects.
