  • Manage inquiries from assigned network partners and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Business Support during network implementation processes and complete assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate with Client Setup Team for network approvals and communicate status updates.
  • Partner with internal teams (Strategic Account Management, Client Services, EDI, Accounting) to address client/network needs.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy and security standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and assist team members with data entry or updates.
What You’ll Bring

Location and Workplace Flexibility

The company is headquartered in the U.S. with offices across the country and in Hyderabad, India. All employee work locations are based on the needs of the position and are determined by leadership. While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. The hybrid approach is flexible, and in‑office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed schedule.
