Location: Remote - Eastern US

STEMCO is seeking a highly driven and strategic sales leader to accelerate growth within some of the largest truck dealership organizations across North America. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives on building executive-level relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that create measurable value for customers.

As an OES Sales Manager, you will serve as a trusted business partner to dealership leadership teams, influencing decision-makers at every level of the organization while developing and executing strategic growth plans. You will leverage STEMCO's industry-leading portfolio to drive revenue expansion, strengthen market position, and create long-term customer partnerships.

This is a high-impact role offering significant visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to directly influence the growth trajectory of a market-leading brand within the commercial vehicle industry.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with major truck dealership groups throughout North America.

  • Develop executive-level partnerships with dealership owners, presidents, executives, fixed operations leaders, parts directors, and other key decision-makers.

  • Create and execute account growth strategies that deliver profitable revenue expansion and increased market penetration.

  • Identify emerging market trends, customer challenges, and business opportunities, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and aligning STEMCO solutions to help achieve them.

  • Lead strategic business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive market success.

  • Champion the entire STEMCO portfolio, effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators to customers.

  • Continuously expand influence and business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and industry engagement.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and growth objectives.

Territory: This role is responsible for sales activities across the Eastern United States, supporting customers and channel partners throughout a multi-state region. Candidates should be located within the territory and willing to travel as needed

What Youโ€™ll Bring:

  • Experience within the commercial vehicle, heavy-duty trucking, aftermarket, OEM, dealership, or transportation industries.

  • Experience selling through dealer distribution channels.

  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance, wheel-end systems, braking systems, or commercial vehicle components.

  • Experience engaging executive leadership teams and influencing organizational decision-making.
