Job Overview
The Communications & Business Operations Lead is a highly visible, strategic role that serves as a trusted partner to the Senior Vice President of the Loading Business Unit. This position sits at the intersection of executive communications, business operations, and strategic execution, helping drive key business priorities across a global organization. The role is responsible for shaping executive messaging, leading leadership operating rhythms, coordinating global stakeholder engagement, and supporting transformational initiatives that advance business objectives. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence, collaborate, and execute effectively in a fast-paced, international environment while leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Job Responsibilities
Executive Communications & Strategic Messaging
  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that support the Surface Loading Business Unit's business objectives.
  • Draft executive communications including leadership messages, presentations, speeches, town hall content, organizational announcements, and stakeholder updates.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure consistent messaging across global teams and key stakeholders.
  • Manage communication plans for strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership priorities.

Leadership & Business Operations
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP and leadership team, helping coordinate priorities, initiatives, and cross-functional activities.
  • Drive leadership operating rhythms, including business reviews, leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive engagements.
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives and provide visibility into milestones, risks, and action items.

Global Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a key liaison between global business leaders, regional teams, customers, and corporate functions.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.
  • Coordinate executive interactions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and consistent experience.

Executive Travel & Global Event Coordination
  • Manage highly complex domestic and international travel arrangements involving multiple countries, changing schedules, executive meetings, customer visits, and industry events.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive leadership events, customer engagements, conferences, and strategic business meetings.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives while managing strategic communications, business operations, or organizational initiatives.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including writing, presentation development, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels and global regions.
  • Experience managing highly confidential information and executive-level communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational leadership capabilities.

Preferred Experience
