Work You'll Do

As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will support the client in planning and executing Vehicle Allocation Methodology (VAM) studies. You will apply a proven federal agency VAM approach to assess fleet requirements, identify opportunities to optimize vehicle utilization, and determine an appropriate fleet size that supports the client's mission.

The consultant will use established tools, methods, and analytical processes to conduct comprehensive fleet studies and produce actionable findings. Study results will be delivered in support of client reporting and aligned with specific relevant federal requirements. The work will also help secure agency commitment to reduce fleet size where feasible, while maintaining mission effectiveness.

  • Active High Risk Public Trust, or Top Secret, security clearance required
  • Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred: 

  • Experience conducting fleet management related studies, analytics, or strategy creation
  • Experience in implementations of Fleet Management systems
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900.
