IT Manager - Infrastructure/Network Operations
The IT Manager - Infrastructure is responsible for managing all departmental processes included production support, project delivery, staff management, budgeting, and vendor management. This position would be responsible for organizing and managing all IT functions required to meet IT's Service Level Agreements (SLA) and business operations.
Essential Functions
  • Contributes to the planning and maintenance of the organization's data technology operations, including computer hardware, software, and telecommunications.
  • Participates in the evaluation, development, and recommendation of solutions specific to the entire organization as well as specific solutions for individual departments.
  • Coordinates and schedules the transition from existing to new platforms and systems.
  • Monitors the needs of the organization vis-a-vis the newest technology.
  • Defines and executes strategic and tactical goals, working with organizational leaders to develop technology plans, policies, and procedures in alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Assists with monitoring the utilization and efficiency of technology.
  • Manages daily operational processes.
  • Defines and executes staff development plans.
  • Mentors and motivates staff.
  • Manages departmental budget
  • Manages and executes departmental projects to ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Provide status updates to Sr. IT Management, keeping Sr IT Management apprised on departmental status and issues.
  • Manages vendors and maintains maintenance agreements with all suppliers.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 8+ Years - Experience in SD-WAN (Palo Alto Prisma), Diverse Internet Providers (Dual DIA), 4G LTE / 5G Connectivity for Tertiary Connectivity, Palo Alto Firewalls using Global Protect for VPN, Cisco Firewalls for VPN
    • 8+ Years - Experience managing large scale projects and deployments
    • 6+ Years - Experience managing a team of direct reports

*experience may include a combination of work experience and education
  • Preferred Qualifications:
