Internship Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our UGC Event team as an Operations Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in operations management while supporting various essential functions that drive our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Intern, you will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Support daily creator program operations, including creator list maintenance, eligibility checks, activity tracking, and in-app messaging to hosts for performance reminders, event follow-ups, and ongoing engagement.
  • Assist with event execution, including registration tracking, whitelist updates, leaderboard monitoring, and reward verification.
  • Maintain Google Sheets / Excel trackers for creator performance, event participation, payout status, and operational records.
  • Review reward eligibility based on event rules, flag data discrepancies or missing information, and prepare files for reward and incentive distribution to hosts.
  • Draft and polish creator-facing messages, event announcements, and internal operation notes.
  • Prepare weekly summaries on campaign performance, creator activity, reward cost, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Data, Design, and Marketing when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing event rules, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
