Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: Delmar, DE

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 2 evenings a week until 7pm, done by 2pm on Fridays so you can start your weekend early!

Compensation: Salary range is $95K-$105K, based on your experience.

Incentives: $20K Sign on Bonus, plus Student Loan Assistance of $350 per month for duration of your employment with us!

Unique Location/Job Details:  Diverse outpatient center with 1PTA, 1 part-time PT and front desk staff. We are looking for a leader to treat and manage the clinic.  Diverse outpatient orthopedic mix. Must have at least 1 year of recent outpatiet orthopedic experience. 

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
  • CPR Certification
