Job description

Urgent Surgery Associates (URSA) - a subsidiary of Integrative Emergency Services, LLC ("IES") - is seeking a Clinic Network Operations Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day performance, consistency, and effectiveness of surgical practice operations across the division. This role balances hands-on operational management with enterprise alignment, ensuring clinics delivery high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care, productivity, and growth objectives. This Manager will partner closely with clinical leaders, surgeons, and executive leadership to ensure operational workflows are efficient, standardized, and continuously evaluated to proactively identify issues and help each practice run its best. This role requires local travel, primarily within the DFW metroplex.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities listed here represent the majority of the role but are not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of clinic and surgical practice operations, aligning daily execution with organizational goals, growth strategy, quality standards and clinical integration.
  • Actively manage operational performance across all clinic locations, addressing workflow gaps, and service issues.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clinical leaders, client surgeons, and clinic staff.
  • Manage and coordinate operational functions across departments to ensure seamless collaboration between clinics and intradepartmental teams.
  • Assist with implementation of process improvements to address operational inefficiencies, communication gaps, and delays.
  • Prepare, refine, maintain and execute standardized surgical clinic workflows, processes, policies and procedures.
  • Independently manage meeting coordination and agendas to support surgeons and clinic operations.
  • Align clinic operational capacity with marketing initiatives and new service launches.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to ensure operation teams are prepared to support marketing campaigns, increased demand, and new service launches.
  • Oversee the process for network provider compliance training, onboarding, acknowledgement of policies and standard operation procedures in alignment with network compliance standards.
  • Oversee EMR implementation and optimization with high-level engagement to ensure workflow tools, standardization and timelines align with the network objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day use, optimization, and adoption of clinical technology platforms, including EMR, scheduling systems, patient engagement tools, and operational reporting.
  • Ensure merchant compliance requirements are routinely monitored and updated.
  • Ensure administrative activities comply with organizational policies and applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and internal compliance standards.
  • Actively manage collaboration between department revenue cycle managers, external client partners, and RCM vendors to ensure adequate and timely support related to billing processes is delivered.
  • Coordinate required provider and staff training related to standardized operational workflows, policies and procedures.
  • Manage the collection and review process of provider credentialing information to ensure readiness for payer enrollment and onboarding.
  • Manage the processes for new facility startups.
  • Lead the orientation and onboarding process for clinical staff.
  • Facilitate clear, timely, and professional communication between departments, leadership, and external partners as needed.
  • Partner with IT and operational teams to address system access, EMR systems user support, and workflow alignment issues.

Education / Experience:
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
  • Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple departments to coordinate workflows and operations requirements.
  • Working knowledge of how clinic operations and processes impact financial performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Drivers License

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in surgical specialty operations
  • EMR implementation experience
