Role Summary:

This role reports into the Director, Network, and Datacenter Services. The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of network infrastructure and data center initiatives by coordinating project schedules, documentation, stakeholder communications, vendor activities, procurement, and operational tasks. This position is important because it supports the reliable execution of network changes, maintenance windows, contract renewals, procurement activities, and project reporting across the team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status updates for network infrastructure and datacenter initiatives.

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, meetings minutes, action items, and follow-ups across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, project proposals,timeframes, implementation schedules, and budget-related materials.

  • Act asa central pointof contact for project participants, supporting clear communication and collaboration among team members, vendors, and business stakeholders.

  • Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions to supporttimelydelivery and quality outcomes.

  • Support project testing, quality control activities, and readiness checks to help ensure successful project delivery.

  • Coordinate network infrastructure changes, firewall changes, maintenance windows, and implementation activities by working with technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Work with vendors to obtain quotations and collaborate with Procurement to process purchase orders and supportpurchasingactivities.

  • Perform purchase order reconciliation and budget tracking to help ensure expenses areaccurate, accounted for, and aligned toallocatedbudgets.

  • Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within network infrastructure, datacenter, telecommunications, or a related technology environment.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating project activities, documentation, schedules, stakeholder communications, and action tracking, preferably within network infrastructure, data center, telecommunications, or enterprise technology environments.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to support multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, procurement partners, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, particularly in documentation, action tracking, reporting, and issuecoordination.

  • Experience preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, project status updates, schedules, budgets, and related reporting materials.

  • Ability to work under pressure and support delivery of time-sensitive project activities, including maintenance-window coordination.

  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar project tracking tools.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, orrelatedfield.

  • Experience supporting procurement, purchase orders, invoice or PO reconciliation, contract renewals, and vendor quote coordination.

  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, datacenter operations, telecommunications environments, or technology change coordination.

  • Working knowledge of office network infrastructure and related technologies.

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is an asset.

  • Experience coordinating maintenance windows or change-related communications with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience using ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment, build trusted working relationships, and influence partners atdifferent levels.

This posting is for an existing vacancy.The expected salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year.
