Job description

The Community Liaison represents High Focus Treatment Centers, a leading provider of mental health and substance use services, specializing in intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for adults and adolescents. This role builds awareness, fosters relationships with community partners, and drives referrals to ensure timely access to care for those in need.


Responsibilities:

Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of behavioral health professionals to support the growth and success of our organization.

Educational Workshops: Plan, create, and present engaging in-service workshops to educate clinical professionals on our services and offerings.

Referral Network Expansion: Expand and diversify the High Focus referral base through strategic networking and relationship-building activities.

Collaborative Care Coordination: Collaborate with the treatment team, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless care coordination.

Communication Enhancement: Maintain regular communication to enhance the overall experience and outcomes for clients and their families.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field is preferred.

Professional Experience: Previous experience in healthcare relationship management, marketing, or community liaison roles.

Behavioral Health Knowledge: A strong understanding of mental health and substance use.

Presenting Skills: Demonstrated experience in conducting in-service workshops or educational presentations for clinical professionals.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, which are crucial for building and maintaining professional relationships.
