Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite Required - San Carlos, CA)
Duration: 1 Year
Rate: $ 60 - 70/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency plans, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.

  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.

  • Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and procedures.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, design documents, test plans, and operational manuals.

  • Monitor, track, and control project outcomes to address issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including cloud, networking, and telecommunications.

  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams and departments.

  • Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance with IT governance policies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
