Product Administrator
Lenexa, KS | Onsite
An Aston Carter client is seeking a detail-oriented Product Administrator to support product data management, purchasing operations, and vendor administration. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate product information, supporting inventory initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and update product and vendor records within the company's ERP system.
  • Manage product information throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain product descriptions, attributes, pricing, and related documentation.
  • Conduct audits and data reviews to ensure integrity and accuracy of product records.
  • Organize and categorize product data to improve reporting and ease of use.
  • Update supplier pricing and procurement-related information.
  • Support purchasing activities through purchase order entry and inventory management processes.
  • Review inventory and procurement reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information.
  • Assist with process improvements and data management best practices.
  • Maintain accurate files and documentation related to products, vendors, and purchasing activities.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, product administration, order processing, data management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within an ERP system.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, product records, pricing updates, and vendor information.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.

Pay and Benefits
