Familiarity with network hardware, common operating systems, and basic use of tools like Cisco Packet Tracer or Wireshark, alongside pursuing certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA, is often expected. These projects help build foundational skills and offer opportunities to learn industry-standard practices in real-world environments, which are essential for career growth in networking.
