What You Will Be Doing:

As a Digital Network Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis:Analyze packet data and binary data to extract valuable information.
  • Large Dataset Management:Work with large datasets to pinpoint relevant items of interest and provide timely feedback to stakeholders to ensure mission success.
  • Stakeholder Interaction:Collaborate daily with customers, developers, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Reverse Engineering:Perform reverse engineering and/or protocol reverse engineering to uncover critical insights.
  • Script Development:Develop and maintain customer programs/scripts in a Linux command-line environment.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Clearance:Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a related discipline (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience using Wireshark or other network analysis tools.
  • Expertise in packet structures, Internet Protocol Suite/OSI Model, Layer 2 routing and/or tunneling protocols, Layer 7 protocols, and VoIP-based protocols.
  • 2+ years of experience developing and modifying tooling in a Bash environment.
  • Networking Knowledge:Strong understanding of various network configurations and architectures.
Desired Skills:

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Certifications:Network-focused certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
  • Specialized Knowledge:TDNA or CTN certifications.
